9th General Assembly of the International Fellowship of Rowing Rotarians

I hereby invite you to the 9th General Assembly of the International Fellowship of Rowing Rotarians in Oppenheim, Am Strandbad, Stecklers Rheinrestaurant.

According to our statutes, a general meeting has to be held every year. Invitations are to be sent to the members 2 weeks in advance by e-mail or by post, stating the items on the agenda to be discussed.

If a general meeting is held, it constitutes a quorum regardless of the number of members present. Resolutions shall be passed by a simple majority of the votes cast.

As in previous years, the meeting shall be held during the rowing season. Next year's meeting is again planned as an online meeting.
