TOP 1 Welcome and determination of the quorum
The President welcomes the members present. He noted that the invitation had been sent out on time and that the meeting therefore had a quorum.
TOP 2 Report of the Executive Board (including membership development)
The President presents an overview of the development and structure of the membership figures.
When the Fellowship was founded, 90 % of its members lived in the District 1860 (Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, Hesse, Darmstadt and Odenwald areas) and Baden-Württemberg (Mannheim/Heidelberg).
By the end of 2016, the proportion had already fallen to 76% due to new admissions.
Today it is 45 %. While 90% of members came from Germany when the company was founded, this figure is only 64% now.
The total number of members has risen from 25 to 80. There were only three new members in each of the two Covid years. This year there are already 4 new members.
This year, we will also be organising a big hiking trip again. Wolfgang Litzenburger has organised a
trip on the Havel. After having been postponed twice, the cruise on the Havel will take place this year.
TOP 3 Report of the Treasurer
The current account balance is € 4,949.74 compared to € 4,964.74 at the end of 2021 and € 4,244.74 at the end of 2020. The income in 2020 resulted from membership fees. As in the previous year, the only expenses incurred were account management fees.
TOP 4 Discharge of the Executive Board
The motion to approve the actions of the Board of Directors was passed unanimously.
TOP 5 Election of the Board of Directors for the Rotarian years 2022/23 and 2023/24
The President reports that there is no proposal from the members regarding the appointment of Board members. The current Board members are all willing to continue in office for a further two years.
Michel Morath takes over the positon of election officer. He first asks whether the election should be held en bloc. As two abstain from voting, he conducts the election individually.

Those present accept the election. On behalf of Simone Emmelius and Stephan Hölz, who were absent, the Chairman declared that they had given their consent prior to the meeting.
